CMG Wheel of Excellence

Our person centred approach ensures that the support we provide remains individual to the needs and aspirations of our service users whilst measuring progress by working towards a set of realistic outcomes. These outcomes are designed by consulting service users about their dreams and aspirations for the future. CMG has developed 16 outcome measures with the Department of Health, which are shown in our “Wheel of Excellence”.

The Wheel of Excellence ensures that we are constantly improving and provides evidence of our commitment to achieving excellence in our services for everyone we support.
