Staff celebrate excellence across CMG
CMG was delighted to hold its third annual Staff Awards Ceremony on Friday 9th September. Staff from CMG services across the country gathered at Tortilla in Leadenhall Market to celebrate excellent achievements by our staff over the past year.
The awards were presented by Sir William Wells, Chairman of CMG. Award categories ranged from the hotly contested Manager of the Year to awards for Support Worker of the Year, Team of the Year, Excellence in Active Support, Promoting Employment and Outstanding Contribution to CMG.
Every year staff, service users and their families are invited to nominate individual staff members, or staff teams, for a wide range of awards, to recognise and celebrate dedication, innovation and best practice across the organisation.
