No CSSIW Requirements in Wales
No CSSIW Requirements in Wales
Our domiciliary care agency was inspected by CSSIW in August 2011 and received no requirements.
We are pleased to announce that we now have NO requirements in any of our services in Wales.
By putting service users at the heart of everything we do and focusing on quality we have improved from 105 requirements in December 2006 to 0 requirements today.
“Service users who spoke with the inspector were positive about their experiences of the agency. […]
Both were complimentary in terms of the staff support in enabling and empowering them to make decisions in relation to their own lives.”“Comprehensive quality assurance systems were in place.”
