Lilliputs Inspection by OFSTED
On 18th February Lilliputs had an unannounced inspection by Ofsted, and retained their Outstanding rating.
Here is a summary of their Ofsted report…
“The overall quality rating is outstanding.
This is an overview of what the inspector found during the inspection:
This interim unannounced inspection focused on the staying safe outcome area. It also checked the progress the setting has made with the recommendation from the last inspection. Young people continue to benefit from an excellent service. Young people are empowered by the total communication system. The comprehensive safeguarding framework demonstrates the home's commitment to good practice. The organisation recognises the exceptional hard work of staff and they have received internal awards. Young people thrive within a comfortable, nurturing environment which is continually developing to meet their needs. The organisation consistently reflects on practice. “
