Case Studies

“I have used CMG and so far is so good; the young man I am working with recently came out of the Maudsley Acorn Lodge with serious mental health problems, a diagnosis of Autism and no school placement.

Lilliputs in Essex have provided a stable and very supportive network of intervention for this young man, who would probably have finished up in another unit a long way from his family who are based in Bexley. The contact with his family has been managed and supported by CMG with the utmost care and consideration towards my client. Their communication is excellent and the staff have worked very hard to ensure that Havering CAHMS are on board with this young man, who regularly needs both medical intervention and constant appraisals of his mental health.

This young man's needs are so complex and it has taken time and care to ensure that he feels safe. He is now able to share things with the carers who he is now really getting to know, and who are there for him.

The staff and carers are reliable, honest and communication is excellent.”
