- With learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, challenging behaviour and social and emotional needs
- In transition aged 18 and over
Services
- Person centred planning
- Focus on supporting young people through transition periods
- Support with life and independence skills development
- Support to identify and maintain education placements and/or employment
- Support to identify and attend social and leisure activities
- Up to 24 hour staffing
- Waking night staff
