Our team at this service supports young adults:

  • With learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders,  challenging behaviour and social and emotional needs
  • Aged 18 and over

Services

  • Person centred planning
  • Support with life and independence skills development
  • Support to identify and maintain education placements and/or employment
  • Up to 24 hour staffing
  • Waking night staff
