"I have to say since J has been at Bury Road he has been so happy and this credit goes to you and your team as you keep an eye on J’s needs. J is so happy at Bury Road that he looks forward to returning after his visit home.
We are so grateful to you in particular and your team as not only is J happy but you can see that the other residents are as well and that is a testament to you. Also we feel we can speak openly to you as you are always willing to listen to us and take on board things we mention."
