Working for CMG
CMG has a wide range of services that support adults and children with learning disabilities and associated complex needs, including mental health needs, physical and sensory impairments and challenging behaviour.
Our services are based in a wide variety of community settings, including supported living, domiciliary care, residential services, day services and respite throughout Southern England and Wales. At CMG we make a difference to the lives of the individuals who have chosen, often with help, to use our services.
We realise the importance of recruiting high calibre staff and investing in their personal development. There are comprehensive mandatory and specialist training programmes in place which ensure service users only receive the highest quality of care and support. In addition to this, staff are also supported to complete NVQs and there are many opportunities for progression within the group, including groupwide development programmes.
What our employees say about us:
" I have been very fortunate to work for CMG. I have met really lovely people and when I have needed help it has always been there."
"I do wish CMG all the best because I am aware of the difference it has and continues to make to the life of so many, not just the service users but also their families."
(regarding our annual Service Users' Conference)
"What a wonderful event. This is the first one I have been to and I am already looking forward to the next one. The people we supported to go this year, also their first, really enjoyed it. Thank you CMG."
