I have lived in Cleveland House for about 6 years and I was their very first client, so myself Mum and Dad could pick my room.

Since the house has been taken over by CMG things are really goo d for me, I have a very active social life, I am taken to the cinema, bowling out for meals, and days out and even weekend away to Clacton with my housemates. We also had a good holiday at Butlins this summer.

My room is kept nice and tidy even my Frog Puppets are happy there too. I have visitors every weekend and they are made very welcome. We have loads of parties and there is a never ending flow of food and drinks and all the families are welcome to come and join in the fun, we are now planning our Christmas party.

 

We have all the home comforts and I am taken care of very well. The house is always kept clean and tidy.

All the staff are very helpful and sometimes when they are problems they are dealt with in a very professional way.

Since living at Cleveland House I have learnt a lot and have become more independent. Even though I have no speech the carers understand me most of the time. My Mum and Dad live very nearby and they come and see me a lot and I go to see them at home too, but I am happy for them to go home so I can have MY SPACE back.
