Service user inclusions
and initiatives

We work closely with service users, their families, advocates and other professionals in order to maximise opportunities for service users to have a real say and to ensure that their rights are respected at all times.

More formally, service users can be involved in a range of ways including: service users’ meetings, Person Centred Planning meetings, through Health Action Planning, service users’ surveys, CMG’s annual Service Users’ Conference, the company newsletter and recruitment of staff.
