Pure Innovations

CMG has established a partnership arrangement with Pure Innovations, a leading not for profit organisation with extensive experience of supporting people with learning disabilities to find and maintain jobs. We believe that employment is a fantastic outcome which increases service users’ self esteem, their economic resources and their social networks.

CMG and Pure Innovations together use an active, person centred approach to provide support and employment opportunities to people with learning disabilities, physical and/or sensory disabilities, enduring mental health needs and care leavers. This includes:

• Providing support into employment for individuals
• Setting up projects and volunteering opportunities within local communities as a meaningful alternative to traditional day services
• Supporting people to use these opportunities as a stepping stone into open paid employment
